The New Year is alwaysA great time to pick up a new hobby, try things you’ve always wanted to do or go back to something you used to enjoy…Why not consider taking a drama class to brighten things up? At Galway Actors Workshop, we cater to a variety of levels, from those who’ve always wanted to “give it a try” to professional actors who would like to learn some new skills. All courses take place in theANNO SANTO HOTEL, Salthill, Galway.

This Spring we have a series of evening courses, as well as private one to one lessons.

I love being from the West Coast of Ireland which has the perfect mix of culture and natural wilderness as well as being within easy travelling distance of the bigger smokes of Dublin and London! I am a writer and performer whose interest in acting when she was younger stemmed from a desire to wear all the lovely clothes from all the amazing time periods! I am fascinated by the link between performance and everyday life and I love writing about it so much that I am now doing a PhD on it. I live by the sea with my beautiful dog Anoushka and am not averse to the odd bit of techno Djing and mountaineering, but rarely find the time to fit it all in.
